Branch Manager
Regional Branch Manager,  Regional Manager

Oversee activities of Inside and Outside Sales, office and warehouse personnel. Define sales and marketing strategies for each territory. Set goals and objectives for all branch personnel. Maintain key customer relationships. Manage all aspects of branch operations including quality, safety, human resources, facility management, financial activities and budgeting. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and two to four years of industry specific outside sales and/or outside sales management experience. Staff, plant and operations management and leadership experience.

CEO/President

The most senior corporate officer (executive) or administrator in charge of managing a for-profit organization. The CEO of a corporation or company typically reports to the board of directors and is charged with maximizing the value of the entity. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and four to six years of industry specific outside sales and/or outside sales management experience. Staff, plant and operations management and leadership experience.

CFO

Corporate officer primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation. This officer is also responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and two to four years of industry specific experience.

CMO

Corporate executive responsible for marketing activities in an organization. Most often the position reports to the chief executive officer or the chief brand officer. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and four to six years of industry specific experience.

COO

The COO is responsible for the daily operation of the company and routinely reports to the highest ranking executive, usually the chief executive officer (CEO) Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and four to six years of industry specific outside sales and/or outside sales management experience. Staff, plant and operations management and leadership experience.

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing effectively plans and executes a strategy to manage the brand and build equity in marketing efforts towards corporate goals of increasing sales, profitability and productivity enhancements. BS/BA in a marketing/business related field with 3-5 successful years of marketing communications experience, or 5-10 years marketing communications experience.

Director of Safety and Environmental Affairs

Environmental health and safety managers inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. Their chief goal is to protect the employees, customers and the environment. They identify potentially hazardous biological, chemical and radiological materials and collect samples of them for analysis. They recommend changes to protect workers, and educate employees on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs. They also investigate accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or a related scientific field, such as biology, chemistry or engineering with additional on the-job training.

Director of Supply Chain

This position is responsible for the management of the master scheduling, procurement, supplier management, warehouse operations, inventory management and shipping functions. Ten years of progressive management experience in planning, purchasing, materials management, inventory management, and forecasting. Multi-site manufacturing experience

Logistics Manager - Corporate

Responsible for managing entire logistics team and their responsibilities, establishing budgets, negotiating supplier contracts, and contracts for in/outbound freight.  Must have experience in a continuous improvement environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field of study or relevant experience.  5-7 years of experience logistics and materials

Purchasing Manager - Corporate

Purchase inventory stock. Responsible for inventory dollars and stability. Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college. Three to five years purchasing experience.

Vice President

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President leads the day-to-day business units and branches and oversees managers and employees. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and two to four years of industry specific outside sales and/or outside sales management experience. Staff, plant and operations management and leadership experience.
