CNC Operator/Programmer

Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Completing any necessary finishing, soft sanding, cleaning, and removal of finished parts. Entry level – No prior experience required, Master level machinist – 3 to 4 years experience required 

Logistics Manager
Shipping Manager

This is a highly visible supply chain role that will oversee inventory, planning, shipping, import/export and warehousing requirements. At least a 4 year degree. A minimum of 5 years experience as a manager of an entire supply chain

Operator Extrusion/Injection Molding/Casting/Ram Extrusion

An Extrusion Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks, handling finished product and scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that includes handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of material to warehouse while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools is required. Ability to lift heavy materials and physically fit.

Plant Production Manager
Production Manager, Operations Manager

The Production Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of material production including: ordering raw materials, ensuring all production equipment is working within specifications, and coordinating production run schedules. A minimum of a 2-year degree and 5-10 years of experience in production and management is required.

Production Quality Control Manager

Oversees quality and testing procedures for all manufactured goods and assures supplied raw materials meet ASTM guidelines. This position also oversees all ISO systems and processes for those that are certified. 2 year degree and 3-5 years of production and industry experience is preferred. Education and experience in quality management systems including root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

QA Lab Manager

Utilize calibrated equipment to perform tests which meet quality standards set by company, customer or industry regulatory standards for parts made during or after the completion of manufacturing, fabrication or machining process. Testing is often also done on raw materials prior to production in manufacturing facilities. Minimum 4 year degree in engineering or related field of study plus 4-5 years experience working in a QA lab environment performing similar tests and familiarity with industry standards and requirements.

 

Fabricator

Operate bench saws, panel saws, band saws, routers, polishers and forming machines to cut, shape, and bend plastic sheet, rod, and tube products to make components for fabricated products and lead assembly teams. High school or equivalent and a minimum of two years related production or shop related experience. Mathematical Skills: Ability to take and record physical measurements and to calculate measurements from product planning sheets and drawings

Senior Fabricator

Develop prototypes, train and lead fabrication teams, make recommendations for process and product improvements; and cutting and forming equipment to cut, shape, and bend plastic sheet, rod, and tube products to make components for fabricated products. High school or equivalent and a minimum of two years related production or shop related experience. Mathematical Skills: Ability to take and record physical measurements and to calculate measurements from product planning sheets and drawings

Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing all functions of the Production Department to ensure smooth operations of all activities. The Shift Leader will manage and develop production operators for to ensure proper quality specifications, record keeping, and ensures all work instructions are communicated effectively. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment preferably in the plastics industry

Warehouse Associate

Perform various functions within the warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are processed timely and accurately, that materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained, and that the warehouse is clean and safe. High school or equivalent and a minimum one year related experience in a production or warehousing environment. Must possess or be able to qualify for Industrial Lift Truck Operators License.

Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning and directing all functional activities of the Kutztown Warehouse Operation. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging specifications are adhered to and works closely with the Quality team on improving our packaging and shipment specifications. Manager assures that policies and procedures are in compliance with ISO 9000. Manager is responsible for ensuring that all safety rules and procedures are followed. A minimum of 5 years experience as a manager/supervisor in a Warehouse/Manufacturing environment. Operations management, safety and quality management experience.
