Account Manager – Branch level

Assist customers with any questions they may have about their account.  Review credit applications and set up new accounts. Assist in the inventory and all end of the month procedures. Work closely with Branch Managers to maintain great customer relations. Enter all non-inventory payables and send them to corporate.  Invoice all sales orders that have been picked up the previous day. Maintain customer files and tax numbers.  Complete employee paperwork and send to HR in corporate. Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college (preferred). Three to five years in accounting experience (preferred).

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer service calls. This position provides a wide array of information on pricing, include product knowledge and assist with customer issues in a friendly and professional manner. This position demands a team approach by working closely with the Inside Sales Department to deliver customer satisfaction. A minimum of 1 year of customer service. Possess professional phone manner and presence and email etiquette

Customer Service -Team Leader

To address any issues that may arise from any given transaction and put forth a corrective action plan if need be. Associates degree or equivalent of sales and or customer service experience preferred. Ability to communicate clearly via phone and email required.

Customer Service - Manager

This position assures the overall companies customer service standards are met and to oversee daily transactions. Associates degree or equivalent of sales, customer service and management experience preferred.

Market Development Manager 
Business Development Manager, Market and Application Development

The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to grow business through networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential customers. Responsibilities include development of persuasive sales systems and processes. Business Development Managers work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to develop and execute business growth activities. Responsible for identifying new material requirements’ in existing and new applications in various industries. Also responsible for educating end user engineers and decision makers on benefits and limitations of various materials in the marketplace. Business development management positions require a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience. An MBA is often requested as well. Assist customers with problem solving by gathering information. Set pricing, enter orders, and utilize company sales and marketing techniques to grow business. 2 year associates degree preferred and 6-12 months customer service or sales experience.

Technical Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within customer’s organization. Provide technical support through learned expertise of distributed products. Utilize company sales and marketing techniques. Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. One to two years related sales experience or training. Acceptable combination of education and experience.

Territory Manager 
Regional Executive

Maintain existing customer relationships’ and identify new partnership opportunities in a given area. This position also requires the individual to work closely with their respective inside sales team member(s). Associates degree or 5 years of sales and marketing experience preferred.

Key Account Manager 
Regional Executive

Assist mostly selected larger accounts with any questions they may have about the product and account. Service the customer specific to its needs, assists in sepcial inventory, coordinates lead times and delivery schedules. Work closely with Branch Managers to maintain great customer relations.  Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college (preferred). Three to five years in accounting experience (preferred).
