Credit Analyst

Track customer trends to reduce future risk by adjusting customer credit limits as needed, communicating company payment policies, assisting with company collection calls and customer collection visits if necessary. Interact and communicate with the company and customers regularly to ensure that everyone remains aware of company credit policies. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting   Must have strong customer service skills and background required to work with closely with customers and suppliers in this capacity

Credit Manager

Approve/Deny requests for credit referrals. Resolve immediate credit issues with customers. Negotiate payment terms with customers. Make daily credit decisions within assigned authority. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or related field or 5 years in Credit and Collections

Credit Manager - Corporate

Assist customers with any questions they may have about their account.  Review credit applications and set up new accounts.  Deposit all checks received for the Net 30 accounts and reconcile daily deposits (cash and credit card) to the bank accounts. Oversee Accounting Managers in each branch and make sure the receivables are collected in a timely matter.  Assist in the inventory and every end of month procedures. Work closely with Branch Managers to maintain great customer relations. Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college. Three to five years in Accounts Receivable management experience.

Health, Safety and Environment Manager

Environmental health and safety managers inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. Their chief goal is to protect the employees, customers and the environment. They identify potentially hazardous biological, chemical and radiological materials and collect samples of them for analysis. They recommend changes to protect workers, and educate employees on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs. They also investigate accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or a related scientific field, such as biology, chemistry or engineering with additional on the-job training.

Human Resources – Corporate

Responsible for employees’ benefits (insurance, 401(k), workers comp, etc.), payroll, new hires and terminations. The organizational development manager position acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across the enterprise. Plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees. Responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Bachelor’s degree in training and development or organizational development. Two years of training experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree and a Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential.

Oversee the operational and administrative activities of a Distribution Branch location. Supervise three to six inside sales, warehouse, and admin personnel. Preferred BS degree in business.  Equivalent combination of experience and education considered.

Responsible for product design and development of new products. This includes responsible for creating, maintaining records, manufacturing drawings, internal technical specifications, specifications and performance data. BS in mechanical engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in product engineering. Proficient and have a thorough understanding of CAD software. Possess a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Project Manager

The Project Manager plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Engineer will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. 4 year technical degree. Ability to use CAD software and Microsoft Project.
