Keynote Speakers

Valerie Faust

The Difference Maker- Leadership from the Inside-Out

The best leaders are not necessarily the most educated or most outspoken individuals. The best leaders are those who understand their own leadership style and how to work successfully with others. In this session, we will explore what it means to lead from the inside-out, discover what type of leader you are using the DiSC Profile, and learn how the “Platinum Rule” can help you work more effectively with others.”

About Valerie Faust

Valerie is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, trainer and coach. Passionate about helping young women and girls develop the confidence and skills they need to be successful leaders, she serves as Executive Director of Blossom & Flourish, a nonprofit specializing in leadership training and confidence building programs for middle school and high school girls.

She also serves as a Training & Development Consultant at Inta-Great, a leadership and sales training organization where she specializes in mentoring and women’s leadership issues. Together, this allows her to pursue her vision of equipping women who will be leaders in their academic, extracurricular, personal and, ultimately, professional lives.
