IAPD Certificate Program: Level One
Are you ready for the next level? Almost 1,000 people have passed the program and now know that the IAPD Plastics Certificate program can take your knowledge to a higher level. The program was developed by the IAPD Education Committee to help educate and evaluate sales professionals in the plastics distribution industry and is based on a broad understanding of the industry.
Though this product comes in the form of a test, it is meant as an educational tool for continued learning. Candidates have 30 days to complete the exam. You may take it all in one sitting, or you can treat it like an open-book test, and use the 30-day period to research the answers you currently do not know. Talk with your supervisor to determine which is the best use for you and your organization.

IAPD Certificate Program: Level Two
IAPD has successfully launched level two of the IAPD Plastics Certificate program with almost 50 participants! Level two puts all the information learned in level one — plastics materials and properties — to practical use with applications from a variety of markets. Don't get left behind! Apply today!
Level two, like level one, also comes in the form of a test, but it’s meant to serve as a learning tool. It evaluates your ability to help your customer by providing customer service solutions. You will not always know all of the answers, but in order to be a successful distribution professional, you must know where to find them. This test gives you the practice to help you accomplish that goal.
Level two candidates must have successfully passed the level one certificate program.

Candidate Confidentiality Agreement
All level one and level two candidates must agree to the following Candidate Confidentiality Agreement.
By applying for the test, you indicate you understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
- That the questions and answers on the exam are the exclusive and confidential property of IAPD.
- That you may not disclose the exam questions or answers or discuss any of the content of the exam materials with any person, without prior written approval of IAPD.
- Not to copy or attempt to make copies (written, photocopied, or otherwise) of any exam material, including, without limitation, any exam questions or answers.
- Not to sell, license, distribute, give away, or obtain from any other source other than IAPD
the exam materials, questions or answers. - Your obligations under this agreement shall continue to be in effect after the examination and, if applicable, after termination of your certificate, regardless of the reason or reasons for termination, and whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary.
