Bayer MaterialScience LLC acquires Tuffak polycarbonate sheet business

Bayer MaterialScience LLC plans to acquire the polycarbonate sheet business of Arkema, Inc., which includes the company’s Tuffak® line of products used in such markets as aerospace, transportation and heavy equipment.
