Palram Restructures Sales Department, Announces New Business Unit Managers

Palram Americas has restructured their sales department to include new business unit managers. The business unit mangers will report directly to the senior vice president of sales and marketing and will be responsible for all product and strategic aspects pertaining to their specific market segments.

 

Tim Cronrath

Tim Cronrath is the new business unit manager for the industrial plastics and sign & graphic markets. Primary products in these markets include Palsun® polycarbonate, Palight® foamed PVC, Palclear® PVC, Palshield® bullet resistant and containment grade laminated polycarbonate and more. Cronrath has been at Palram for more than nine years and has a combined total of 14 years experience in the plastics industry.

     
 

Philip Lahr

Phillip Lahr is the new business unit manager for the retail home improvement and do-it-yourself markets. Primary products these markets consist of Suntuf® corrugated polycarbonate, Suntop® foamed corrugated polycarbonate, Palruf® corrugated PVC and more. Including his 10-year term with Palram, Lahr brings more than 17 years of experience in the retail home improvement market to this position.

     
 

Mike Morris

Mike Morris is the new business unit manager for the building products market, comprised of the Palight® trimboard and Paldeck® PVC decking products. Including his nearly six year tenure with Palram, Morris brings more than 16 years of experience in the building materials industry to this position.

     
     

Palram has created this new structure to allow the sales department to include a more customer-centric focus by empowering those that are closer to the day-to-day operations. The new business unit managers, all highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals, are expected to assist with faster resolutions while strengthening the distribution channel and providing guidance and direction to the rest of the distribution focused sales team.
