NLRB final rule requires private-sector employers to post notice of employee labor law rights.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued a final rule requiring most employers to post a notice informing employees of their rights under Federal law to organize and join labor unions. The rule will take effect and the notice should be posted on November 14, 2011, and will have to meet specific requirements in terms of size and language.
