As a leader, one of your key responsibilities is to develop the people you work with, to push them to achieve more and to develop the next generation of leaders within your organization. Having leaders that can foster a positive corporate culture will have an impact on the organization long term, thus increasing the importance of leadership development. Studies show that up to 70% of workers in the United States are disengaged at work. Developing effective leaders that can engage teams through rewarding work and recognition has actually been shown to increase an organization’s profitability. Increased profits certainly help make the case for ongoing leadership development. This professional development webinar is designed to give you the framework for developing the next generation of leaders in your organization.
