In that role, he worked with industry and government to make some of the most advanced changes in more than 20 years. Under his leadership, the market grew by more than 34 percent, increased opportunities for small businesses who want to sell goods/services to the U.S. government, authored new rules so that small businesses had more protections and increased their usefulness to the US government.
