Operator Extrusion/Injection Molding/Casting/Ram Extrusion
An Extrusion Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks, handling finished product and scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that includes handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of material to warehouse while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools is required. Ability to lift heavy materials and physically fit.
Plant Production Manager
Production Manager, Operations Manager
The Production Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of material production including: ordering raw materials, ensuring all production equipment is working within specifications, and coordinating production run schedules. A minimum of a 2-year degree and 5-10 years of experience in production and management is required.
Production Quality Control Manager
Oversees quality and testing procedures for all manufactured goods and assures supplied raw materials meet ASTM guidelines. This position also oversees all ISO systems and processes for those that are certified. 2 year degree and 3-5 years of production and industry experience is preferred. Education and experience in quality management systems including root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
QA Lab Manager
Utilize calibrated equipment to perform tests which meet quality standards set by company, customer or industry regulatory standards for parts made during or after the completion of manufacturing, fabrication or machining process. Testing is often also done on raw materials prior to production in manufacturing facilities. Minimum 4 year degree in engineering or related field of study plus 4-5 years experience working in a QA lab environment performing similar tests and familiarity with industry standards and requirements.
