Technical Sales Representative (Inside Sales)
Assist customers with problem solving by gathering information. Set pricing, enter orders, and utilize company sales and marketing techniques to grow business. 2 year associates degree preferred and 6-12 months customer service or sales experience.
Technical Sales Representative (Outside Sales)
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within customer’s organization. Provide technical support through learned expertise of distributed products. Utilize company sales and marketing techniques. Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. One to two years related sales experience or training. Acceptable combination of education and experience.
Maintain existing customer relationships’ and identify new partnership opportunities in a given area. This position also requires the individual to work closely with their respective inside sales team member(s). Associates degree or 5 years of sales and marketing experience preferred.
Key Account Manager
Assist mostly selected larger accounts with any questions they may have about the product and account. Service the customer specific to its needs, assists in sepcial inventory, coordinates lead times and delivery schedules. Work closely with Branch Managers to maintain great customer relations. Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college (preferred). Three to five years in accounting experience (preferred).
