Supplier Meetings

We have built into the convention schedule times for supplier/distributor meetings. Our goal is to maximize delegates’ attendance at these key events while offering you valuable time to meet with suppliers and customers.

IAPD’s leadership is focused on offering time during the convention for networking, collaboration on key industry issues and growing the market for performance plastics.

To best provide these opportunities, the IAPD Board of Directors strongly encourages the participation of all convention delegates in the Welcome Reception, General Session, educational sessions and the IAPD Plastics Expo.

Specific blocks of time are designated for supplier/distributor meetings to facilitate strong participation in convention events as well as provide as much business networking and relationship development to be accomplished during our short time together. 

 

Suppliers: Reserve Your Meeting Space Today

The IAPD Annual Convention is an opportune time to meet with your suppliers/distributors. To better promote your efforts, we have added general time slots on the schedule of events for these meetings.

Meeting rooms may be reserved directly with IAPD for supplier/distributor meetings. For further information about hosting a meeting room for your company, please contact Whitney Nelson or call +(913) 345-1005.

Meeting rooms may be reserved during the following times:

Monday, October 16

 

   

8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 17

 

   

8:00 a.m.  – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 18

 

   

12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Thursday, October 19

 

   

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. –
6:00 p.m.  


Please do not schedule supplier meetings on-site at the hotel or off-site at other meeting venues that will conflict with the following IAPD events:

We request that you honor the blocked-out times and events above and schedule your meetings, private parties/dinners or outings around these time slots.

Suppliers who want to reserve a meeting space may indicate their interest on the convention registration form.
