About Lorna Shepard
As a senior strategist at OnStrategy, Lorna Shepard works with clients to identify strategic focus and craft plans that can be implemented and measured to successful goal completion. A strong facilitator, Shepard has more than 25 years working in advertising, marketing and technology, and more recently as a consultant providing clients with long-range marketing plans. Her brand experience extends deep into financial services, tourism and non-profits. During her tenure with agencies, Shepard’s focus was marketing strategy planning, including designing and interpreting research, identifying market opportunities and crafting the strategies for clients to go after those opportunities.
President, Redwood Plastics and Rubber
Dale Delmage started his career with Redwood Plastics in the early 80’s as inside sales, and in his years with the company has held the positions of outside sales, branch manager, and sales manager. He moved to manufacturing in the 90’s starting at Nylatech as General Manager, developing the company into a respected manufacturer of Cast Nylon in North America. Today he is President of Redwood Plastics and Rubber. His varied career has provided Dale a unique understanding of the industry from both the distribution and manufacturing perspective.
