Innovation and "agile" are business terms that have been overused in recent years, diluting their meaning. While often used in reference to product development, agile can be applied to all areas of an organization. In this session, you will learn core innovation principles and ways to use them to be a catalyst of change in your organization and to build a foundation for a successful career.

About Aaron McDaniel
Aaron McDaniel is a corporate leader, entrepreneur, speaker and author. At the age of 27, Aaron became the youngest ever to serve as Regional Vice President at AT&T, a Fortune Global 100 company, leading an organization of over 60 people. Aaron was a graduate of AT&T's flagship MBA-only Leadership Development Program (as an Undergraduate), and was part of AT&T's Diamond Club, being part of the Top 1% of sales leaders worldwide. Aaron is currently one of the youngest members of the faculty at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and has built many successful ventures including 3 that were acquired (one of which was featured on ABC’s Shark Tank). Most recently he co-founded 10X Innovation Lab, an international innovation consulting firm where he serves as Head of Innovation.

Aaron is the author of The Young Professional’s Guide to the Working World (an international top 10 listed book printed in multiple languages) and The Young Professional’s Guide to Managing. He has been written about in Forbes, Inc., Bloomberg BusinessWeek and US News & World Report, and can be heard on CBS Radio & NPR.
