Innovation as a Career Catalyst: How to Use Agile Thinking to Impact Your Organization and Get Ahead in Your Career

GenerationNext, IAPD’s new group for young professionals under the age of 30, is hitting the ground running with their first speaker series covering innovation! Join us for a discussion led by Aaron McDaniel on using innovation to advance your career.

Innovation and "agile" are business terms that have been overused in recent years, diluting their meaning. While often used in reference to product development, agile can be applied to all areas of an organization. In this session, you will learn core innovation principles and ways to use them to be a catalyst of change in your organization and to build a foundation for a successful career.
