IAPD Room Block
IAPD has reserved guest rooms at Marriott Marquis Chicago. The IAPD Group rate is valid through the cut-off date of September 15, 2025.
All IAPD meetings will be held at the Marriott Marquis Chicago.
If you would like to extend your stay in Chicago before or after the 69th IAPD Annual Convention, the special room rate will be available from September 26 – October 5, 2025, based on hotel availability. Book early if you plan to extend your stay — rooms will sell out!
IAPD works hard to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay at the IAPD Annual Convention by locking in an affordable hotel rate. When IAPD delegates choose to stay at a hotel offsite, IAPD risks being charged a detrimental attrition fee. For the annual convention, IAPD contracts a certain number of room nights. If this does not get fulfilled, IAPD will not be able to contract the same number of room nights at future IAPD conventions, therefore the attendees may not be able to secure their reservation at the designated convention hotel. It is recognized and appreciated that IAPD delegates reserve their stay at the hotel that IAPD has contracted with. Thank you in advance for booking your reservation the Marriott Marquis Chicago.
Registration is not required prior to reserving a room. However, IAPD will be cross checking housing lists against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation if not registered for the 69th IAPD Annual Convention by September 22, 2025.
