Convention Registration Pricing

The 2026 IAPD Annual Convention registration model has been updated to provide greater flexibility, stronger member value and added incentives to stay within the official convention hotel block.

Full Convention Registration

*IAPD Member Full Delegate Registration (3-night minimum in IAPD Hotel Block)

This discounted rate is available exclusively to IAPD members who reserve and stay a minimum of three (3) nights within the official IAPD convention hotel block at The Starling Atlanta Midtown. Hotel reservations will be reviewed frequently and verified against the final hotel rooming list following the convention. Attendees who do not meet the minimum stay requirement will be invoiced for the difference between this registration rate and the IAPD Member Full Delegate – Standard Rate (US$150). 

One-Day Registration

Attendees may select any single day of the convention, Monday through Thursday.

IAPD Distributor/Fabricator members are invited to attend the Wednesday connecX Trade Show with a complimentary Trade Show Only pass.

Includes:

  • Exhibit hall access
  • Hosted lunch
  • Passport raffle participation

Trade Show Only passes do not include access to convention business sessions or additional networking events.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 21, 2026. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a US$100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after September 21, 2026. Please submit all requests to IAPD staff via email at [email protected]. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. 

If the 2026 IAPD Annual Convention is canceled by the hotel, state or local officials for reasons beyond our control, all registration fees will be refunded.

 

Transfers

If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for no additional fee.

 

Nonmember Companies

Spouses/Companions

All spouses/companions are welcome to attend the business sessions, educational offerings and social events. Spouses/companions are delegates accompanying an IAPD member, EPDA member or nonmember plastics professional as a guest. If you work for an IAPD or EPDA member company or a nonmember company in the performance plastics industry, you may not register as a spouse/companion and must identify yourself in the registration process as an IAPD member, EPDA member or nonmember.
